A documented path from brief to production.
Five stages, each with clear deliverables and an agreed payment milestone. You always know what is happening and what comes next.
- 1
Discovery
We define the goal, the users, the constraints and the success criteria. I document the scope so both sides agree on exactly what is being built.
- Scope document
- Technical approach
- Itemised quote and timeline
- 2
Design
User flows, interface design and system architecture. Decisions are made before code, where they are cheap to change.
- User flows and wireframes
- Interface design
- Data model and architecture
- 3
Development
Clean, reviewed and tested code delivered in visible increments, with regular updates so there are no surprises.
- Working increments
- Code review and tests
- Regular progress updates
- 4
Testing & Deployment
Functional and cross-device testing, performance and security checks, then a controlled launch and handover.
- QA and fixes
- Production deployment
- Documentation and handover
- 5
Support
Monitoring, maintenance and iteration after go-live, either on demand or under a monthly support agreement.
- Monitoring and updates
- Agreed response times
- Ongoing improvements
Payments follow the process
Projects are normally invoiced in stages tied to these milestones — typically a deposit after discovery, one or more interim invoices during development, and a final invoice at handover. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
