Payment Information

1. Prices and currency

All prices are quoted and invoiced in euro (EUR). Each quote is itemised so you can see exactly what is included before work begins. Applicable taxes are shown separately on the invoice.

2. Invoicing schedule

• Fixed-price projects: a deposit after the scope is approved, interim invoices at agreed milestones and a final invoice at handover.
• Hourly work: invoiced monthly for hours worked, with a report of the work carried out.
• Support agreements: invoiced monthly in advance.

3. Payment methods

Invoices are paid through Stripe by major credit and debit cards and supported local payment methods. Bank transfer can be agreed for larger projects.

4. Security

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and are never stored on or transmitted through this website.

5. Payment terms

Invoices are payable within 10 calendar days of issue unless agreed otherwise. Persistent late payment may lead to statutory default interest and suspension of work and support until the balance is settled.

6. Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
